Radiant Orchid: Turban/Headscarf OOTD

Hey loves. I hope your weekend has been amazing. ♥

The color Radiant Orchid was chosen as Pantone’s color of the year 2014. Purple in general is a beautiful shade, it exudes luxury and passion, I mean in past eras purple was a color only worn by an elite few, but now its a color that can be worn by anyone. But, even though a shade of purple is the color of the year I surprisingly may have only worn it once this year and I’m changing that today.

It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with neutrals and monochromatic palettes but once in a while I embrace color in my styling and clothing choices. Whats so amazing about purple hues is its versatility; purple can switch between being a statement and  an accent with ease. The hue allows you to determine just how much attention you want from a particular look. So in today’s outfit I opted to include a few select purple pieces which to me completely created several statement separates. My fave stand-out items included the radiant orchid turban, mirrored sunglasses, nude necklace and I guess I could throw in my lip color too as a stand out piece. I totally feel like these pieces looked really good together and integrated seamlessly into the remainder of this neutral outfit.

Love you guys so much. XO Natasha

You are seriously on a roll girl, keep up the good work. You should do a makeup tutorial or break down because your face is always flawless
