Gold Skater

gold-nude-skater-skirt-outfit-Hey StyleLeeders! How is everyone? Over the weekend my very business savvy girlfriend invited me for lunch and tea with a few of her partners to brainstorm over some projects she has in mind for the summer! Unfortunately we did more chit chatting and eating than work because the wifi at the cafe we went to was down…don’t you just hate that.

I wore a  gold skater skirt to our little cafe meet up. I actually wore this very same gold skater skirt last summer (see here) and here we are on the brink of spring and I’ve pulled it out of hiding once again. I’ve always considered gold to be a quick fix to making any outfit look more chic. It’s crazy to think back to my younger self when I thought silver was my thing and gold was only for “old people”. Flash forward to present day and gold hues are one of my favorite things to add to an outfit because it brings elements of maturity and sophistication to it.

I kept my look short and sassy in a gold, Asos skater skirt and a TopShop white ribbed tee. I completed my look with my Aldo tote and nude BCBG heels.

By the way, I’m so happy that you have been so active with leaving comments lately! It really motivates me to keep going, keep blogging and keep getting better! So thank you and big hugs & kisses to you all! Talk Soon. Nuff Love, Natasha ♥

Hey Natasha do you have any fitness and or diet tips and tricks. Your BOD is on point! That is a real temple you got going there. I have struggled with my weight for years mostly because of my job(I work in an office and mostly sit a computer all day) and work schedule (all I do is work, work, work). You seem like a pretty busy lady yourself but you still manage to keep it right and tight. HELP!

Hey Camille! Thank you so much. I can totally relate to feeling so overwhelmed with work to the point both your mind and body feels like giving up and working out gets thrown out the window and pushed to the back. I’m at a point in my life where I try to work out at least three times per week no matter how awful, moody or tired I’m feeling. I hope to be able to do some fitness posts this year. The mere fact that you’ve asked I’ll definitively try to make it a priority to have a post for you! Remember never to give up, and if you make a goal to workout and don’t accomplish it, don’t look at it as a failure. Instead see it as an opportunity to try again the next day.
