Flashback Friday- I Can TEAL You Like Me

teal maxi skirtHi everyone!!! Sometimes it’s nice to give your beloved minis a break and opt for maxi’s. Why? Because maxis are big in comfort and long in style and strikes the perfect balance between casual and glamorous. It’s a forever refreshing piece to have in every wardrobe because it works all year round and its floor-dusting silhouette is flattering on just about every body type.

Teal Maxi Skirt OOTDI spent the day in St. Elizabeth by a very quaint hotel, roaming around in comfort while still making a fashion statement. As I’ve said many times before, here in Jamaica we don’t know of the seasons fall and winter, it’s always nice and warm, and chiffon is the perfect fabric for any warm and windy day. Now I’m convinced that this teal-turquoise color made this outfit, so I decided to calm every thing down by sticking with white on top. I went for a form fitting crop top to help counteract the flowing teal chiffon skirt, and layered on my fave embellished necklaces to add a bit a sass to my outfit. I also went with this striped satchel to pair along side the richly-shaded skirt and to appear smart and stylish, I went high-wasted with the maxi skirt, showing just a little bit of skin. Oh…how could I not mention the turban (my favorite, fun accessory)—tutorial on how I achieved this turban HERE.

Thank you for stopping by…& we will be talking very very soon. Nuff Love. XO Natasha ♥
