Bordeaux Wine: Tulle Skirt

how-to-style-a-tulle-skirt-pink-tulle-skirt-stylishleeHey! Happy Friday Everyone ♥ So Happy you could stop by today.

I wore this outfit last weekend to my friends pastel vs lace event. I’m already a lover of neutrals so a pastel color like blush pink is right up my alley. & I guess I’m also in luck since pastels like blush pink happen to be trending for this fall-winter season. Nonetheless, year after year the colder seasons roll around and immediately we all think bold, dark tones, and I for one am definitely guilty for this. Explains why I still added a deep hue to this pastel infused look right? So yes! Pastels are totally trending right now but I couldn’t resist adding in at least one dark shade.

jamaican-fashion-beatuy-lifestyle-travel-blogger-stylishleeThe overall look is quite soft, feminine and romantic so I decided to pair my blush tulle skirt with an oxblood bralet for some edge. (both the bralet and skirt are a few years old…sorry).  I went with a deeper lipstick; giving off the illusion of wine stained lips [Bordeaux Wine perhaps]. It’s actually chilly here in Jamaica so I actually had the chance to layer a bit (note the word ‘BIT’). Haha! yeah I layered with a crochet-cardigan. & YES! I’m well aware that a cardigan filled with holes may not be the best option for layering, but Jamaica cold is equivalent to a cool windy day in the Summer. But hey it’s better than leaving my bare back exposed (at least that’s what I told myself when seeking the go ahead to wear it). Hope you like. Talk soon. XO Natasha ♥
